Advancing aging and dementia research
Your participation in the CAMERA study is key to moving research on aging and dementia forward, particularly in South Asian and Chinese individual who remain underrepresented in research.

Compensated for study participation
At each in-person visit, participants receive $50.00 along with a parking pass and snack voucher for use at Sunnybrook food vendors. This is a small token to show our appreciation.

Feedback on blood test results
Abnormal blood results are shared with study participants by a nurse practitioner. All participants can request a copy of their results to be sent to them as well as their family doctor.

Feedback on MRI scan results
Brain scans are reviewed by a research neuroradiologist. Any abnormal findings are communicated to participants. All participants can request a copy of the scan results.

Feedback on cognitive testing
Participants can request to speak to a neuropsychologist about their cognitive test results.

At any point during the study, participants can get their questions answered by study staff.
